Support the art of Florence
To deliver in good condition to future generations the cultural goods, which make up our history, is a moral duty of every citizen. On this principle restArte moves in looking for voluntary contributions to restore our works, goods and services in Florence.
The Association wants to start a path of active and effective participation, starting also from small forms of support. The supporters of the foundation have the opportunity to be protagonists of their own territory, bearers of knowledge and promoters of projects. If you love art, if you love Florence, if you love Tuscany help us to preserve and improve it, it is a heritage of all. Every supporter can help us ensure the usability of this precious heritage to future generations.
What can you do?
Culture needs continuous attention for enhancement through many actions, for works and monuments they are restoration interventions to maintain its beauty unchanged over time and guarantee the city its fame as Capital of Art also in the future. Thanks to the contribution of the companies, restArte has been engaged in the restoration of important works of art, such as the statuary group of the Arengario in Piazza Signoria or the Cortile dell’Ammannati in Palazzo Pitti.
The opportunity to support restArte brings real benefits to the community but also to the corporate image with the benefits that come with it in terms of image, communication and public relations. In addition, restArte cultural association recognized as ETS, allows companies tax breaks.
TAX BENEFITS
The companies that support us can enjoy extensive tax benefits and benefits (source: Consolidated Income Tax Text – D.P.R. n.917 of 22/12/86 as amended by Legislative Decree 344/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions).
Free contribution in cash or in kind
It is deductible within the limit of 10% of the business income and in any case in the maximum measure of 70,000 euros per year (art.14 D.L.35/05, converted into L.80/05).
Free cash contribution
It is deductible within the limit of 2% of business income (art.100, paragraph 2, lett.a) T.U.I.R.).
Contribution to the performance of institutional tasks and the implementation of cultural programmes in the fields of cultural heritage
It is totally deductible from business income (art.100, paragraph 2 lett.m) T.U.I.R.).
This rule does not limit the deductible amount, but if the total amount of the liberal cash disbursements exceeds the annual amount set by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities, the beneficiary (FAI) is called upon to pay 37% of the difference between the sum received and the share allocated.
The companies that carry out these liberal disbursements must communicate them by 31 January of the year following the reference year, electronically, to the Revenue Agency with the following information:
The amount of disbursements made during the tax period;
Their complete details, including tax data;
The beneficiaries of the disbursement.
Contribution for the purchase, maintenance, protection, restoration of captive goods, etc.
It is totally deductible, subject to approval and control of the project by the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities (art.100 paragraph 2, lett.f) T.U.I.R.).
Contribution intended exclusively for publicly owned cultural goods under management at the FAI.
A tax credit of 65% is recognized for cash donations aimed at maintenance, protection and restoration (Art Bonus – D.L. 83/2014).
How to support restArte
Become a supporter of art
restArte – ETS culture association is open to anyone who shares its purpose. The association is apolitical, independent and not for profit. Admission is subject to the payment of the social quota provided for, for the category ‘Friends of restArte’ to the provision of voluntary works in favor of the projects of the Foundation, the ‘ Honorary Supporters’ participate by ‘providing’ their name. The funds come from annual contributions from supporters, individual legacies or free donations from Companies, Entities or individuals. Your membership will allow you to actively follow each of our restoration projects and the events related to it to which the funds are intended.
Support RestArte as a company
Companies that financially support the Foundation through donations are considered PATRONATORS OF THE FOUNDATION. Payments can be made directly to the headquarters of the Foundation, by bank transfer or postal order.
Donating to the Foundation, recognized as an ONLUS, allows companies tax breaks.
